We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding weekend at The Holly Farm. It was perfect in every single way. We are so thankful for our friends and family that joined us out in Carmel,California.
There are so many details of the weekend that I want to mention, but I would probably take days to recite them. ( I will eventually finish adding them, so stay tuned).
However, the wedding wouldn’t have been so dreamy and perfect if it wasn’t for the teams we worked with. The teams that we worked with were unbelievably professional,
thoughtful, and helpful. The Holly Farm had a wonderful list of vendors that were highly recommended, and they were even better than advertised. I know people say that wedding planning is a stressful task, and it was, but I don’t think I would have done it without a wedding planner if it wasn’t for Erin Moses from The Holly Farm.
I have to give Erin and Ryan Moses the biggest shoutout, they are the sibling duo that owns and manages The Holly Farm. They are incredibly thorough with every detail I would need to think about, and I had complete confidence in everything they suggested. From suggestions of the amount of candles I would need to create the ambience I am looking for, to assisting me on assembling last second wedding favors and signage structures.
The incredibly talented Amanda Seely and her team at Laughin’ Gal Floral. Amanda is a badass, not only does she have a dual degree in Botany and Biology, but she grows all her flowers and greenery for all their events. She was so easy to work with, and exceeded our expectations. It’s especially amazing when she can decipher the inspirations and mood boards I send her, and she still made it seamlessly cohesive throughout the wedding! We couldn’t have had a better florist designer for our big day, I would 100% recommend her to anyone that is looking for a florist to work with in the Bay Area.
The amazing La Crème Monterey. Tamie is the owner and head chef at La Crème, they are the preferred catering company for The Holly Farm, and let me stress that they are THE best catering company that you can ask for. Jack and I are a bit of food snobs, and there’s nothing worse than serving sub-par meals at a wedding. With La Creme, the food we had were visually pleasing and decadent, and the staff was the most professional and thoughtful people I would want to interact with at any wedding.
